APPOINTMENT POLICY I understand that emergencies and schedule changes can happen. Please respect my time and business policies as I respect yours. RESCHEDULING POLICY Appointments may be rescheduled with the same deposit ONLY when a 24+ hour notice is given prior to your appointment time. NO CALL / NO SHOW POLICY Clients who miss their appointment without ANY notice will be required to pay: • A $30 No Call / No Show Fee • A DOUBLE deposit before booking another appointment NO EXCEPTIONS. Please understand that missed appointments prevent me from booking other paying clients during that reserved time slot. LATE POLICY I allow a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes: • A $10 late fee will be added • PLUS $1 for every additional minute late If you are 30 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled. LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS Last-minute cancellations will be charged 30% of the scheduled service total. Fees will be charged through invoice or card on file. Please note: • Cancellation fees are NON-REFUNDABLE • Cancellation fees DO NOT apply toward future appointments PAYMENT POLICY ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Any remaining balance or credit may ONLY be applied toward future services and will NOT be refunded under any circumstances. This policy applies to ALL payment methods, including: • Afterpay • Klarna • Sezzle • Advance payments • Deposits • Any other form of payment By booking through my business, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed above.
